Siemens trains 300 people with blended programmes “Siemens Financial Services (SFS) is a cross sector unit which provides financial solutions for infrastructure, equipment and working capital. COFEA (Commercial Finance Europe APAC) within SFS has a strong need for a sustainable skills development process aimed at the sales organization. lts business goals are to gain market share, improve profitability and increase customer loyalty as well as employee loyalty.
In order to achieve these goals, we have developed and implemented together with Cegos Group an international SFS SalesExcellence Training Program targeting the COFEA sales teams worldwide. Four blended learning modules have been successfully delivered for the past 2 years, including World Class Selling, Customer Retention, Managing SFS Key Accounts and Training and Presentation Skills.
