How did the idea of Global Learning by Cegos® come about?
Like many great ideas, it came from our clients.
The companies we meet every day around the globe, from small and medium-sized businesses to multinationals, are all battling to develop talent and are constantly striving to improve performance. To beat the competition, they need development programmes that offer innovative world-class content and cutting-edge, best practice ideas. At the same time, training budgets are being cut. So training must be cost-effective and lead to practial work-place solutions. In this context, the blended learning approach (classroom + e-learning) is an excellent solution for many organisations.
