Is e-learning really effective?
  • We learnt a great deal from the first e-learning experiments carried out in the 1990s. Based on our conclusions, we developed our own training principles that you will find in all of our modules.

Isn’t 30 minutes too long for a module?
  • We determined the length of our modules from several studies that showed 30 minutes is the optimum time for a trainee to acquire knowledge through e-learning.
  • This length of time means that trainees can complete the whole module in one sitting.
  • Thirty-minute modules are more dynamic, more flexible and easier to personalise.

Are modules easy to navigate for all types of learner?
  • We have designed our modules to be intuitive in terms of navigation for the trainee: 


  • - Linear mode (the trainee follows a key character through key events in their career).

    - Non-linear mode (the trainee can go directly to a particular section using the menu or icon).

Are e-learning and face-to-face contents redundant?
  • No, because programmes are truly “blended”.
  • Face-to-face and e-learning modules are designed by the same authors for true consistency and total complementarity.

I prefer content bearing the stamp of a prestigious business school!
  • Academic content is in effect a good reference. We chose to base our programmes on operational expertise acquired from our customers.

Is it possible to implement this solution in other countries than those mentionned?
  • Yes. Deployment in other countries or languages is possible on demand.

Can case studies be adapted to my own case?
  • Yes. The solution is 100% adaptable to your needs.
  • You can adapt exercises, case studies… but also add your own documents, get your logo on the training pack, customise the homepage text of the LMS, adapt the vocabulary used in the assessments for each particular programme…
